Tech stocks failing to break weekly highs as risk sentiment turns sour

Equities went higher on the open but the mood has since changed after the US data. The Nasdaq 100 failed to break yesterdays highs of 3570 in the cash market and looks to be heading south.

It could just be a brief consolidation but if momentum starts to gather pace keep an eye on the weekly lows coming in at 3489 on the cash market.
